Celebrating 15 Years of Leadership Growth and Transformation

On December 16, 2024, we celebrate an extraordinary milestone—15 years of coaching and training leaders and their teams to inspire growth, unlock potential, and achieve success. Reflecting on this journey, we are filled with gratitude and pride for the incredible people and organizations we’ve had the privilege to serve. Our story is one of purpose, collaboration, and transformation, guided by a passion for empowering leaders to rise to their fullest potential.

 

A Journey Rooted in Purpose

 

Fifteen years ago, we took a leap of faith to build something meaningful. We saw an opportunity to fill critical gaps where character and quality leadership were essential. From the beginning, our mission was clear: to support leaders in navigating complexity, driving positive change, and building cultures of excellence: emPowering Leaders, Teams and Cultures.

 

From those early days, we’ve been reminded time and again of the immense impact intentional, values-driven leadership can have. The partnerships we forged early on shaped the foundation of our work and continue to inspire us to this day. Our journey has taken us across several industries and sectors, each with unique challenges and opportunities. Early in our history after partnering with public safety/policing to help them build resilience in demanding environments, our work expanded into professional services industries; accounting, engineering, and law. Bridging Cultures and Building Collaboration

 

Our work has also led us to the global stage, particularly with organizations in mining and processing. Many of these leaders were relocated from around the world to manage operations in western Canada.
