Worked with the designated successor CEO for a large custom steel fabricator serving the mining, environmental, construction, oil sand and power-generating sectors of Canada and the U.S.A.

The new CEO was an internal candidate, so the executive coaching was in the year prior to the official announcement and assumption of the role.  It included mentoring in important leadership competencies to assume the top strategic role.  Also invited to work with the newly forming leadership team in areas of teams building and strategy formulation.

A few years ago, David provided executive coaching for myself as a relatively new Chief Executive. He really focused on what I, as a person needed in order to grow as a successful leader.
