David has enjoyed over 25 years of organizational leadership experience in multiple industries connected with regional, national and international leaders. In his past corporate finance roles, he honed skills in business and financial models and their impacts on organizational cultures.
Dave’s career path is dotted with major pioneering initiatives that have sparked innovation, strong business growth and healthy cultural transformations. Having built and led organizations, some from greenfield starts, he appreciates the unique opportunities and challenges organizations must embrace during start-ups, business process optimization, mergers and acquisitions, respecting the intricacies of people and relationships. He is especially gifted at forging visions, strategies and growing results, value(s) and character in people and cultures.
Most of the last decade, he’s enjoyed blending strategic consulting and working as an accredited coach/mentor to hundreds of current and next generation leaders helping them grow new competencies and capacity. He uses effective coaching approaches, systems and tools also applied in succession planning, team and culture development, organizational change management and organizational diagnostics.
Nancy believes for someone to genuinely be successful, they need to grow and develop habits in all areas of their life. We all tend to spend time doing what comes naturally and shy away from (or ignore) areas in our lives that require more effort. In coaching, Nancy employs questions that use whole-brain thinking (left brain, right brain, conscious, subconscious, and higher power). This provides results that are both powerful and permanent because the methods are designed to create a psychological shift within a person. This turns unconstructive thoughts, words and actions into permanent positive change.
Nancy has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Regina, majoring in Computer Science. She is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and an Accredited Coach through Coaching and Leadership International Inc. (CLI), Certified Coaches Federation (CCF), Expedition Coaching as well as Future Achievement International (FAI). She is certified in multiple psychometric and assessment tools including Merit Profile and DiSC.
Prior to founding Logia Consulting, Nancy worked for 5 years in the Information Technology division of SaskTel and before that, 6 years as a Paralegal managing the Real Estate department at one of the largest law firms in Saskatchewan.
