David has enjoyed over 25 years of organizational leadership experience in multiple industries connected with regional, national and international leaders. In his past corporate finance roles, he honed skills in business and financial models and their impacts on organizational cultures.
Dave’s career path is dotted with major pioneering initiatives that have sparked innovation, strong business growth and healthy cultural transformations. Having built and led organizations, some from greenfield starts, he appreciates the unique opportunities and challenges organizations must embrace during start-ups, business process optimization, mergers and acquisitions, respecting the intricacies of people and relationships. He is especially gifted at forging visions, strategies and growing results, value(s) and character in people and cultures.
Most of the last decade, he’s enjoyed blending strategic consulting and working as an accredited coach/mentor to hundreds of current and next generation leaders helping them grow new competencies and capacity. He uses effective coaching approaches, systems and tools also applied in succession planning, team and culture development, organizational change management and organizational diagnostics.
Nancy and Dave have been business partners with Logia Consulting Inc. since 2009. Nancy is passionate about helping others realize their full potential and make a difference in the world.
Nancy has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Regina, majoring in Computer Science. She is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and an Accredited Coach through Certified Coaches Federation (CCF). Nancy is also an accredited MERIT™ Coach, Trainer and Facilitator through Future Achievement International (FAI). As well, Nancy is working towards Certification in Spiritual Direction.
Prior to forming Logia, Nancy worked for 5 years in the information technology division of a major telecommunications company as well as 6 years managing the real estate department of one of the largest law firms in Saskatchewan.
