With over 25 years as a senior leader Marlys has a broad range of experience in leadership, human resources, and administration. She has honed these skills through work in the private sector, public sector, unionized and non-unionized environments, not-for-profit organizations, Aboriginal organizations, academia, and as a community volunteer. She has assisted organizations in creating and remodeling HR management systems, performance management systems, compensation structures, talent acquisition and talent development programs, succession plans and strategic HR plans. As an executive coach, Marlys invests in the development of others, building individual and organizational capacity.
